United Community Health Center is made up of a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to fulfilling the mission of the organization; to deliver quality care that is Accessible, Comprehensive, Innovative, Compassionate and Culturally Sensitive in an Atmosphere of Trust and Respect. UCHC takes pride in serving the rural, yet growing communities of Arivaca, Amado, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Three Points and Vail. UCHC’s multiple locations, caring staff, mobile dental clinic, and transportation fleet make it possible to deliver the highest quality of care to its communities all while working hard to ensure each and every patient is provided care that exceeds UCHC’s mission.

UCHC serves the Vail community providing comprehensive healthcare services for pediatric and adult patients at its location on the campus of Old Vail Middle School (This is OPEN to the public). UCHC provides pediatric dental services on our mobile dental clinic that serves various schools in the Vail Unified School District.

UCHC can also assist you in getting to your appointment by providing courtesy transportation services to our patients. If you are in need of transportation to get to your appointment, let the receptionist know at the time you book your appointment. In addition, UCHC has a team of enrollment specialist who can help you with all your health insurance questions and concerns. We can help with the Affordable Care Act, AHCCCS, and other various state run programs.
